Shipping, Exchange and Returns

SHIPPING FROM THE US NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY

Most orders are shipped through USPS from the U.S.  Orders are processed Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours of ordering. Unless noted otherwise in the product description, it can take up to 5 business days for orders to ship. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 


Missing or Lost Packages

We are responsible for your new purchase until it is picked up by the shipping carrier. We will not grant refunds for any packages lost in transit. If a package is lost in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier seeking reimbursement. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. To modify your order, please email info@soyprimitiva.com within one hour of placing the order. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer international shipping and will secure the best rate via USPS International, FedEx, or UPS. Depending on the country, it can take up to 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Please note that you are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes or charges upon delivery and these fees are not included at the time of checkout. Fees and taxes vary by region. 


Sale Items & Promotions: Items on sale or purchased with promotional offer are Ineligible for refunds.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you love your Primitiva clothes. All of the products we sell through our online store have met our quality and cleanliness standards. If however, upon receipt of your purchase you’re dissatisfied with the product, notify info@soyprimitiva.com within 14 days. We will work with you to arrange a prompt replacement or refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping return orders. After 14 days we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Items purchased on sale or with promotional offer are ineligible for refunds. Exchanges may apply. We reserve the right to administer partial refunds, including on any item returned not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 hours to 1 billing cycle depending on your credit card company. 


Exchanges

If you need to request an exchange for the same item or another item, send us an email at info@soyprimitiva.com. We will respond with instructions on next steps. You are responsible for the cost of shipping return orders. 


Return Shipping 

After contacting us about a return, we will provide the address to return your product to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
